Applicants must select one of the following routes:

  • 250,000 USD (up to 4 applicants)  
  • Additional dependents:  
  • 50,000 USD (18+)  
  • 25,000 USD (under 18)

  • Minimum contribution: USD 250,000  
  • Investment into approved public development projects  

 

  1. Real Estate Investment
  • Minimum USD 325,000 (approved development)  
  • USD 600,000 (single private dwelling)  
  • Property may be resold after 7 years (subject to conditions)

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must: 

  • Be at least 18 years old  
  • Meet all application requirements  
  • Pass strict due diligence checks  
  • Provide complete and accurate documentation  

Process Overview

  • Application submitted to the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU)  
  • Full due diligence conducted by independent firms  
  • Mandatory interview (virtual or in-person)  
  • Investment completed after approval  
  • Certificate of Registration issued  
  • Citizenship granted and passport available  

Dependents aged 16+ may also be required to attend an interview.

  • No physical residence required  
  • Visiting the country is optional (recommended for real estate buyers)  
  • Applications may be rejected in case of incomplete or inaccurate information  

Dual Citizenship

There are no restrictions on dual citizenship.
