Namibia Residency by Investment Overview

Namibia is actively encouraging foreign investment to diversify its economy and drive growth. The country offers:

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, applicants must: 

Real Estate Investment 

  • Invest at least 365,000 USD in property at President’s Links Estate  

Alternative Option 

  • Retirement units starting from 300,000 USD  
  • Available for applicants aged 60+

Application Process

The process includes:

Upon approval: 

  • 5-year renewable work permit is issued  
  • Investors may only work within their own businesses  

 

Pathway to Permanent Residency

  • Maintain investment for 7 years  
  • Eligible to apply for permanent residency
